SAY HI TO ROSE!

MIND, BODY, SPIRIT, COMMUNITY

Rose thrives on discovering new experiences and the beauty of the world. When she is not exploring hiking trails or soaking in the outdoors on a kayak, she enjoys Olympic weightlifting, a passion that pushes her limits and keeps her grounded. Rose also enjoys photography and documenting her travels with her family and husband. Their two dogs, Smee and Teddy, bring a level of excitement to their lives and can often be found along for the adventure.

HELPING THE HELPERS

Motivated by a desire to combat mental health stigma, Rose established Holistic Mind Spa in March of 2020. Drawing from almost two decades in the human service field, she emphasizes the importance of integrating all dimensions of wellness to help individuals achieve their personal goals. Her commitment to advocacy underscores her dedication to empowering caregivers to prioritize their own wellness, which has prompted her to build the Mind Spa Provider Network. This community for licensed professional caregivers provides support, access to resources, fosters camaraderie and self-care.

What if Reiki does not work for me?

If Reiki doesn't work for you, it's important to remember that individual experiences with energy healing can vary. Consider giving it a few sessions, as benefits might not be immediate. If you still don't feel any improvement, you might explore other forms of therapy or healing modalities that better suit your needs. Consulting with a healthcare professional for additional options can also be helpful. Book a reiki session.
